1. Your Account
Sign-up data: You provide an email address, username, and password.

Security: You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

2. Daars (Groups)
Creation & join: You may create a Daar (group) or join one via valid invite codes.

Leaving: You may delete or leave any Daar at any time; owners must transfer ownership before leaving by submitting a help request.

Privacy settings: Each Daar owner may control whether non-members can view the member list.

3. User Content & Conduct
Your content: You control what you post in Daars (names, descriptions, posts). We do not pre-screen, but we reserve the right to remove anything that violates these Terms or is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

Prohibited behavior: No hate speech, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to reverse-engineer the App/API.

4. Membership Roles & Permissions
Roles: Each Daar has an owner, admins, and members.

Promotions & kicks: Owners and—if enabled—admins may promote members to admin or remove members. Members cannot promote or remove others.

5. Privacy & Data Collection
What we collect: Only your email, username, password (hashed), and usage metadata.

Third-party processors: If you make in-App payments or donations, payment data is collected and stored by our processor, not by us.

6. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All code, designs, trademarks (“The Daar App” logo, UI) are owned by us or our licensors.

Your license: You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Termination
By you: You can leave a daar at any time or submit a request to delete your account.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised date here. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
“As-is”: The App is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

No consequential damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
